If your last threshold account died before the first billing cycle, the aged inventory at https://npprteamshop.com/en/google/google-ads-accounts/ is worth a look, since listings state the registration year, geo and whether billing was already verified. Warmed profiles come with a clean payment history and an attached email you fully control, so adding your own card or agency billing takes minutes. Support at NPPRTeamShop answers in chat during order processing, which helps when you need a specific country batch confirmed before paying.
